1. Turning a much-loved family home around
The challenge
A family contacted us about their mother's flat, which had become unmanageable over several years. Years of accumulated belongings, blocked walkways and a kitchen and bathroom that could no longer be used safely meant the property needed a complete, sensitive turnaround before it could be lived in properly again.
Our approach
Paul and the team visited first to understand the situation and agree a plan with the family, going at a pace everyone was comfortable with. Items were sorted carefully so nothing important was lost, with waste removed through licensed channels and anything usable set aside. Once cleared, the flat was deep cleaned and sanitised throughout, with odours treated at source rather than masked.
The result
The flat was returned to a safe, clean and comfortable home, and the family were kept informed at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, right from the first phone call.
