That's why we stay in contact with you throughout the contract and arrange regular site visits at a convenient time to you to ensure we are delivering your expectations and maintaining relationships.

On all contractual work we include in our price regular onsite inspections. Inspections are carried out by a member of the management team on a handheld device producing services reports. Each report includes score ratings, actions, good and bad practice along with photographic evidence. A copy is then sent to the customer and cleaner with timescales for actions.

For end f tenancy we require payment on completion by either Cash or bank transfer.
For contractual cleaning our payment terms are 30days.
